2002 Lexus ES 300 Ballbearing noises when I brake

Hi I have 2 questions:
1. I hear ballbearing kind if noises (as if metal balls are hitting each other but it is a subtle noise) everytime I brake. What could be the issue there?
2. How often should I change my tires (not rotate but change) if I drive this vehicle everyday and have about 80,000 miles on it?

HI there,

Have the brake pads inspected as you may be going metal to metal and doing damage to a brake rotor, as for the tyres, there are ware indicators built into the tread, this will look like a line off rubber across the tread, best get a tyre retailer to show you, as it is a bit hard to descried.
