1994 Lexus ES 300 no spark to 3 cylinders

I am only getting fire to the number 1, 2, & 4 cylinders
i have checked the coils & plugs and changed out the ignitor & ecu but still have same problem
the car will start and idle rough on 3 cylinders
i do have 12 volts to all the coils

Check and test the plug wire for no.3 and also the crankshaft position sensor

I am not getting fire to 3 cylinders not just the #3 cylinder it does not have plug wires it ihas a coil for each cylinder the coils and plugs are all good

I have already changed the camshaft sensor and I get good signal to ecu from the sensor
