Engine Cooling problem
1991 Lexus ES 6 cyl

91 Lexus ES-250. Problem with radiator fans.

Proper function.
Prime fan and AC fan. Both fans only came on as necessary. Prime fan first. Then AC fan as needed. They each would shut off when not needed.

NOW. They both run constantly. They won't shut off.
. What & where is the sensor, control module (?) That controls them? Thanks.

Hi Superlumeny
Assuming fans cut off when key is off they both come on as soon as you start the engine. If true accodring to the Toyota training I've had most likely cause Is a defective AC High pressure switch. Located in junction block near receiver drier.
Pull plug Ohm between switch terminal, make sure AC has not been run for a while, if you read no continuity ie. Open then switch is bad.
