My left side, drivers, front turn signal(headlight) doesn't blink nor does the one on my driver door mirror. The notification message is on my dash.

Hello,

Do the hazard lights work on all turn signal lights?
If so, then the electrical circuits should be in order.
The left front(headlight) turn signal and left rear turn signal are controlled by the central electronics module.
Is the left rear turn signal working?

The door mirror turn signal is controlled by the door control module which is commanded by the steering column electrics module.

Pin out at central electrics module to left indicators
At connector T33B
Pin 11, black/white wire to left headlight pin 9

At connector T12M
Pin 11, black/white wire to left rear tail light pin 3

Pin out at left door module to mirror turn signal

Pin 11, black/blue wire to turn signal pin 2
Pin 13, yellow wire to turn signal pin 1

To test if any 12V is being sent out by the central electrics module you could disconnect the connector at the left headlight and then connect a test light to pin 9 and ground.
Activate the left turn signals and check if the test light is flashing.
