Screw head stuck in the crankshaft pulley causing a leaking problem?

The car listed above is a sedan, it has a screw head stuck in the crankshaft pulley. This problem has been causing a lot of oil to drip, especially when the car is running. What should I do about this problem?

This is a new one for me. Is it possible for you to take a couple of pictures and upload them for me to see? How large is the broken screw head? Any idea where it came from?
