Fuel injector pump is leaking heavy amounts of what seems like diesel when engine is on. What could be the cause? What is the best case and worst case scenario?

It could just be a loose fuel line or it can be as bad as a cracked pump housing. You will need to get closer to what it making it leak. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Cheers, Ken
