Ok. So my Freelander starts like a champ in the morning and when leaving work. However if I take for a short spin to the market or something where I am only inside for alittle while it will not start when I return. So in short, when the engine is cold it starts fine, when hot it cranks and cranks forever. I have replaced the crankshaft sensor with no success. Anyone have any further Ideas?

Any codes in the PCM? (Check Engine Light)
Have you verified spark and fuel pressure when it wont start? There should be aschrade valve on the fuel rail to put a manual gauge on to verify pressure (51 psi). It looks like it also has a cam sensor that may be shorting hot, but need to verify the basics first
