2002 Land Rover Freelander blinkers won't work

Hi, all
I check all the bulbs and fuse they all ok. Then I replace the flasher and turn signal switch the same problem won't blink. Then I check the emergency signal and all them are blinking front and back. What would be the problem.

Replace the Flasher Unit In passenger compartment fuse box.

Dave, you know the problem is the daylight running module. And the sad part is the dealer told me they don't make the parts. They say just hard wire and make another circuit and end going to auto electrical shop. Finally its working now.
