I just purchased the car listed above 2008. After it runs for about 15 to 20 minutes it starts making a knocking noise.

Hello,

Can you determine where the noise is coming from? Usually a "knocking" noise will come out of the lower end of the vehicle engine and will indicate either worn or damaged main bearings or worn or damaged connecting rod bearings or worn or damaged wrist pins on the connecting rods themselves. Here is a link below to a guide that will explain it a little more in detail below?

Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to determine.

Thanks,
Alex
