I am not sure I let it warm up long enough before taking off yesterday. It was cold out, went down the street got on the interstate, now I am hearing a knocking noise.

Check engine oil first if you can pull one spark plug at a time if the noise goes away it is that cylinder and it is either a rod bearing or piston problem.

We change the tensioner pulley the bearing was bad in it but that did not help the noise. Why when I go down the road when it gets like third or fourth gear? It is an automatic though you do not really hear it anymore.

Did you try what I suggested? Also, check to see if torque converter bolts are loose especially if you have the noise in neutral then it stops when you put it in gear.
