2008 Kia Sportage 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

I need to get to the horn and know how to remove the top strip. However, to get into the horn from the top I need more room to get in there. I assume theat the bumper needs to be removed or at least loosened to allow hands to get in there.

Remove the fasteners that are located in the diagram. When removing clips, follow the guide below to prevent damage..

Sure glad bluelightnin6 knows how to do this. This basic answer is great for an advanced person with knowledge of removing a bumper. I have never attempted to remove a bumper from this type of vehicle and could use more info than just saying to remove clips in the picture. The picture is low quality and can't be read when enlarged.

You remove the bolts and clips as stated before. That is how the bumper is removed. The diagram clearly shows the placement of the bolts and clips. If you can't do this than I suggest taking it to a repair shop. If you list your email I can send the diagram enlarged to you.

Thanks for using 2CarPros. Com!
