My car shakes when it is at a full stop and the steering wheel is turned all the way to the left or right, it shakes to the point where it feels like it may stall. At idle the car is also a bit shaky but nothing out of the ordinary and sometimes feels like a cylinder is missing (or something). Please let me know what may be causing my car to shake. Thanks.

Hi garroyo,

Bad engine mounts coupled with low idling speed would cause the symptoms described.

What is the idling speed?

Idle was a bit higher around 1000 but is down to about 500 (since oil change). I think I may have gotten my answer this weekend. The check engine light went on and the scanner read a misfire in cylinder 2. I think it may be time to change the spark plugs. Anything else that may have caused the misfire that you may know of? Please let me know.

Bad spark plugs or related parts such as wires or ignition coil, fuel injectors would cause misfiring. More on the electrical side.
