1998 Kia Sportage blown out sparkplug

#2 sparkplug shot out. Stripped threads. Destroyed plug cover below coil. Bent plug. Second motor same problem. #4 plug last motor. What could cause this? Lower bearing? Wrist pin? Valves? As if piston rises to far and slams plug out.

Is the tip that is inside the chamber getting hit? Or is it just blowing out of the hole? May have incorrect plugs, or torque isnt right. You can buy a Helicoil kit to fix the threads. And a rethreading tool for the good ones, just to make sure!

I looked for any TSB's on this and found none, could be the incorrect plugs, or the metal gasket ring that comes with some plugs is not in place? Not installed tight.
