Lifters will make a noise?

After the car settes you start it the lifters will make a noise for min then quiet

Hello,

The lifters will make some noise when the engine is running, typically you can hear the lifters with the hood open. But it can become excessive due to worn lifter or having dirty oil. The engine can also have noisy lifter if the oil pressure is not adequate.
As you mentioned that the engine becomes quiet after a little while, it sounds like an issue with the oil pump.
The oil pump might not be operating at the correct pressure level, especially at start up.

Check the oil pressure using a oil pressure test gauge. You can get those tools from your local auto parts store to use. This vehicle should have about 18 PSI of oil pressure at idle.
