2002 Kia Sedona Tail lights

2002 Kia Sedona 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

All 4 tail lights do not light up when I turn them on. I checked all 4 bulbs and replaced all 4 bulbs but all 4 bulbs to not light up.

what could be the problem?

Front right headlight is off. I am going to replace. Could this be the cause for the tail lights?

The head light shouldn't have anything to do with the tail lights. Have you checked for power to the circuit board in the light assembly?
