2004 Kia Rio I'm tired of paying for jumpstarts.

Electrical problem
2004 Kia Rio 4 cyl Automatic 65000 miles

especially since my battery is fine. Every now and then, maybe once a month, my car refuses to start. When someone comes to jump it it starts on the first try and runs normally. The battery, starter and alternator all test normal. My battery and brake light indicators on the dash sometimes glow dimly, sometimes flash dimly and sometimes stay on. My cd player will occasionally refuse to eject a cd. It says there's no cd in the player but the indicator on the screen says that there is. The next time that the car refuses to start the cd pops out on its own. Maybe once a week or so the car won't start on the first try and sounds weak but starts on the second try. The times when it won't start at all there's no sound from the starter and all the lights are bright and normal. I've had a rash of burned out light bulbs. A couple of the rear lights have gone out and had to be changed and now a headlight needs to be changed. It seems to happen most often when it's raining and windy. Today, for the first time, I was able to get it to start after several failed tries.

Please tell me it's something easy and cheap to repair. I'm a full time student living on unemployment and really appreciate your help. Thank you.

Sounds like vehicle is not grounded properly. Inspect the battery terminals and cables and ensure they are clean of any corrosion and completely tightened. Post results and I will follow up.
