2004 Kia Rio head specs

The timing belt broke and I had to replace it.
did that and apparently the pistons bent the valvs so I need to know the unbolt sequence and the torque specs so I can begine taking the head off and get it off to the head shop to be re worked. Thanks again. Your last answer was very helpfull.
