My car is a kia pride carburetor type I Have a problem with the engine it runs fine and smooth when cold but a lttle bit slow when warm. My car has power steering and connected with the aircon compressor. I already consulted my mechanic here and already done lots of stuff with the engine but the problem is still there.
Here are the things already done to my car:
Engine overhaul
Transmission Overhaul
change belts, water pump, ignition coil, spark plugs, distributor, high tension, pcv valve, thermostat, fuel pump, Air filter, fuel filter
radiator cleaning
check and change brake pads and pistons
check vacuum for leaks but none found
Still the car runs slow as if my car is carrying a heavy load inside but only when warm
Can you help me with this I really cant figure out what went wrong with this car can this because of my aircon and steering pump belted together? Need your help pls thanks in advance

Check vacuum at idle on intake if 15" or below suspect a clogged converter

It may be a carburetor problem then or a timing issue. Have it scanned for codes we dont' have that car in the U.S. So we don't have a lot of info on it.

Hello again I tried removing my pcv valve hose which is connected in the intake manifold put a stopper on it and my car runs fine just want to ask what is suppose to be the problem with my pcv valve or is it my engine whose over pressure or may be it has less pressure thats why my car runs heavy when warm by the way my pcv valve is new

If you are plugging the pcv and it runs good then it's either got a lot of blowby by the pistons and rings. And or there is a bad grommets and you have a vacuum leak from engine like gaskets /grommets etc.
