Studders and smells like gas

OK when I drive for a while it starts to studder. When I stop at a light or take it out of gear (5 speed) it tries to die. I changed the front 02 sensor and the fuel filter. Also when I drive you can smell gas in the car mainly from the back real bad. What could be wrong with my car. 97 kia sephia

Need more ifo like :engine light on(if so what codes are there), is the acceleration good does it happen more when its cold or warm rainy or dry. As much ifo as possible?
