Turned car off key stuck?

Apparently there was no 2004 Buick regal key stuck. Thats what it claims. Turned car off key stuck. Next morning battery was dead. I bought a new battery cause the other looked like the original. Started car drove 15 mins parked it. Next morning battery was dead again. I looked for key releases under steering wheel pulled steering housing down didnt see 1. I tried wd 40 in lock jiggling key I tried steering lock and making sure its in park position no luck. Maybe a fuse?
