Key lost/stolen

Key gone. Cannot get ignition switch to acc position to remove cylinder. I must move it until I get fixed. Cannot turn steering wheel. Very difficult. How do I get key/replace cylinder without tearing up my car or costing a lot of money?

You may want to call a local locksmith near you. Find someone that can actually program the key to your vehicle or it will not start at all. That maybe the cheapest route verses having the vehicle towed to the dealership so that they can order and program the key.
