Key is stuck in the ignition .I have removed the ignition cylinder lock, taken the key out and sprayed powdered graphite in it. This had no effect. I have replaced the ignition cylinder lock. No effect. The key starts the car and works in all positions, I just can't remove it.

It is likely the Park lock out causing that. The shifter has to be all the way in Park before it will turn all the way to lock. The linkage for that could be worn out of loose preventing it from locking.
