Hello,

is it possible to program a new key fob in car without access to special service computer connected via OBDII? Only the old key fob and my car?

You can add keys without using a computer but you need two valid keys in order to do that.

If you have two keys that work follow these steps:

1. Insert the first valid key and turn the ignition to the on position.
2. After about 5 seconds but no more than 15 seconds, remove the key and insert the second valid key and turn the ignition to the on position.
3. The theft light should turn on after 10 seconds and you will hear a single chime, this indicates you have entered into programming mode.
4. Remove the second valid key and within 60 seconds insert the first new key to be programmed and turn it to the on position. After 10 seconds you will hear a chime indicating it is programmed and give it a few more seconds and then remove the key.

Repeat these steps for each additional key that you want programmed. You can only have a total of 8 keys programmed.

If you do not have two valid keys then you will need a computer to program a single key.

Let us know if you have questions. Thanks

Thank you for your tutorial. Your description is first which I wrote about fob key for Chrysler in internet. But unfortunately I have one valid key only and I would like to add the second one.
In general it is very helpful way to add a key by myself.

Sorry, there is no way to add a second FOBIK without a scan tool on a 2013 without at least two valid units. Even then it is somewhat hit or miss to program them in without the scan tool.
