Key fob issues

20,000 MILES • 1.4L • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Key is flip but not remote start. It will not lock or unlock but it will start. Replaced battery. Is there a way to reset? Can I disconnect battery? Dealer claims fobs are okay. It is both remotes.
