Engine shuts off while driving at 80km an hour

Problem has happen before but put more gas and methalhydrate in gas and started up no problem. This time I have half tank gas and added gas line anti freeze with seafoam. Also now its backfiring and clanking.
Also, when I put it in drive I can putt, but as soon as I apply gas it shuts off.
