Just bought this nice truck

Just bought this nice truck yesterday. The guy said it just needed rings. Well I get it home and can't even get it to fire. Charged the batt, checked plugs, wires, and other things. I'm thinking I'm not getting fuel to the fuel rail. It's been sitting for three years. Help!

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. If fuel injected it should be 33-37psi and 38-44 with vacuum line disconnected and plugged. It should get this with just key on if carb it should be 5 psi with about a half pint of fuel in 30 seconds.
