Jumped time

This is the third time my saturn has jumped time. Why would the timing chain keep coming loose enough for it to jump time this much? I would send you a picture and the receipt for my new tensioner but it would only help my argument that you dont know what you are talking about. I know saturn has had problems with their tensioner and I need a REAL mechanic to come up with a solution.
