Car jerking after about twenty minutes

Hey there, my car goes for about 20-30 minutes then starts jerking and RPM starts going crazy.

No check engine light on but I think transmission is fine. The car just starts jerking after half an hour and I don't know what's wrong with it.

I would suspect a clogged catalytic converter. I would have this checked as it would give you all those symptoms.
