Have 2003 toyota avensis estate 2.0vvti

Its been down on power and jerky/hesitant so I cleaned the maf and throttle body. This improved the car for a few days approx 60miles till the jerking and power loss occurred again.
There was a bit of dirt/containment's so cleaned these parts again and now I have a cold start of 2000 rpm, a warm idle of 1400rpm and the jerkiness/hesitance.
When at speed and free wheel (neutral) the rpm fluctuates from 1000 rpm upto 1600rpm.

Not sure what went wrong or whats packed up

When throttle body are cleaned, the idle tends to go up and requires some running time for the ECU to relearn and readjust the idling. On the other hand, a leaking vacuum or stuck IAC can cause the problem. Check the IAC wire connector and ensure it is properly plugged in.
