1992 Jeep YJ horn

I took my steering wheel off and I can't figure out how to place the horn pin and spring back. I have a repair manual but it dosen't show how it goes in can you help me with this?

Ok the whole steering colum on these is a pain so depending on how many of the plates you took off can make this more difficult what you have to do is make sure any plate you took off goes on in the same position and make sure they are tourqued down right. Personally everytime I would but it back it was way to sensitive i(i would drive over a bumb and the horn would honk) so I removed the stock horns and but in an air horn setup on a pushbutton but thats just me (and your local laws)
