My 90 Wrangler leaks oil. It runs at 80+ pressure and the oil leaks right out from the fill cap. Ive recently replaced the valve cover, unclogged the pressure valve lines on top of the valve cover and replaced the pcv valve and filter but it still runs at high pressure and leaks oil from the cap. Any other ideas?

You have either a blocked oil filter or oil passage. You can try a heavy oil detergent but a mechanic will need to unclog those passageways with special tools and equipment (external oil cycling unit with special oil detergents)
