2004 Jeep Wrangler timing

2004 Jeep Wrangler 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

Iam putting a 4.0 inline 6cyl in my jeep. I bought a long block. I have the timing marks lined up, but need to know, this does not have a distrubtor with wires. It has like a coil pack and what looks like a sending unit where the distribator goes. Is there some steps to take to make sure it's in the right way? Thanks
