2004 Jeep Wrangler Headlights

The headlights on my jeep where converted over to LEDs and they have both went out. They have these wires coming off of them an I cant match up the headlights to any that are in stock @ the auto stores here what do I need to do to go back to regular headlights?

I can continue to search for what you ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE, (internet) A repair manual might help you alot!
