2004 Jeep door panel

I am trying to replace the inside passenger door handle on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler (full doors), and can't get the door panel off, I have removed every screw I could find, what am I missing?

A lot of door panels use plug type fasteners in addition to screws. They simply plug into an opening in the frame of the door. Carefully take a small screwdriver and slide it around untill you feel where it is attached. Double check for srews and such and then gently pry the panel out.
