When my wrangler gets to 30-35 mph, there is some hesitation while I am accelorating and when I stop and idle I lose rpm's to almost stalling. Is it spark plus or something else?

Check the following for proper operation: Air filter, Spark Plugs, EGR and Oxygen Sensor. If the car starts to hesitate or stalls after running for 5 minutes (no problems during initial warmup) then a faulty EGR is most likely the culprit.
