1997 Jeep Wrangler death wobble

My jeep was wobbling like crazy when I hit a bump, so I replaced the staberlizer shock it went away for 3 weeks then I replaced the tie rod end where it connects to the pitman arm it went away for 4 weeks now when I go 55 it does it I have to come to almost a complete stop b4 it will stop can you please help me?

MINE DID THAT A WHILE BACK AND THE PROBLEM WAS I WAS PUTTING THE LUG NUTS BACK ON WITH A IMPACT WRENCH AND STRIPED SOME OUT, I BOUGHT NEW LUG NUTS & WAS A LITTLE MORE CAREFUL PUTTING THEM BACKON. I HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS AFTER THAT
