CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, COMPUTER SAYS ITS SOMETHING WITH THE SPEEDOMTER, THE SPEEDOMETER DOES NOT WORK. I CHANGED THE SPEED SENSOR AND STILL DOES NOT WORK. WHEN I HOLD THE SPEEDO GEAR IN MY HAND AND TURN IT THE SPEEDOMETER WILL MOVE BUT WHEN I PUT IT INTO THE TRANSFER CASE AND RUN IT, THE SPEEDOMETER STAYS AT ZERO

See my profile....Imma CJ kina guy, I do not know this computer stuff well.......BUT,

Good so far.....desciptions and completeness score high!

I know you think I'm sluffing you off.....Not!

Helping you to use resources close and fast!

With the check engine light on....still able to go, good thing!

The Light staying on, indicates the computer really wants to tell you whats wrong....but cannot!

Take him (Jeeps are manly, not sissy!) To Autozone or Advance Auto for FREE CODE TESTING!!!

The fellers there can probably tell you what needs to be done.....probably just replace a sensor (WE HOPE)

They can probably tell you where and how!

Regardlesscome back and update us---I will find someone here to assist you if I cannot!

We still want to hear from you!

The Medic

PS....Get you a MANUAL!...Helps you forever! When you can't get to us........Alot of good info within!

This is my "WILLY", "HE" is a 1946 Willys....no computer....like working on a lawnmower!
