When you start the jeep and you drive it for about a mile, or when it just starts to warm up, it starts to hesitate when you give it gas. It also pops in the exaust. Iy dose this for about 60 seconds, then clears up and runs great until you shut it off. When you start it up, it starts all pver again, drives me nuts!

Do you have a check engine light on? And when was the last tune-up?

Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
