What symptoms can be expected from fuel getting into the crankcase?
Besides Piston wash and bearing damage, I would like to know what to look for as far as power, Exhaust ect.
Thanks.

Extremely rich. Besides what you mentioned about pison wash you can change the critical chamfer gap on the valves. Heavy carbon buildup on the spark plugs. Detonation might occur in the cylinders due to increased compression/smaller area because of carbon buildup. Catalytic converter(and maybe even the muffler) can become completely clogged, EGR valve can become inoperable. CCV system will actually draw a significant amount of hydrocarbon vapors into the intake that could cause gum and varnish buildup and throw off the MAP sensor.
