1993 Jeep Wrangler starting engine

When the key is in the on position, radio, lights etc comes on, when I go to start it " click" everything goes dead. When I jump it, it starts right up. Brand new battery, took it back to seller, he tested it and it's 100%, also changed battery cables connecters

Hi, Check All Clean Both Positive And Negative Connections. Also When It Just Clicks, See If You have Power At The Smaller Wire At the starter. Have Someone Crank The engine, As You See If The test light Will Light. If so Then the starter Is bad.
