1993 Jeep Wrangler computer replacement

I had my jeep towed to an auto shop when it quit on the road. The computer would not show any information so I ordered a remanufactured ecm. After it was installed, I drove about 10 -12 miles and my Jeep shut down again and will not restart. What are some things that I can have checked to see what is "frying" the ecm?

Do you have a spark
do you have fuel
key on engine off check engine light on it should if not check wiring and fuse
does it start back up after cooling down and if so I would suspect crank sensor and or ASD relay
