1992 Jeep Wrangler Overfilling the crankcase with oil

If the crankcase were overfilled by a quart of oil, would this do damage to the rod or main bearings by aerating the oil?

Hello I haven' theard of there being a problem. However, it may be forced out of your dipstick or force out of a week gasket area. My advice though a little messy but would fix it quick is to remove the oil pan drain plug and let a quart out. That is the safest thing.
