We send out the ecm to get rebuilt but still don't start is cranks but don't turn over. The ecm is getting power but theres no power coming out of the ecm to the coil we are not getting a spark I just want to know if the ecm controls the power going to the coil. Also should diagnostic conector have power cause when we put the scanner on it, it doesn't read or turn on my scanner

The power for the coil and injectors comes from the ASD relay. The ASD relay is triggered by the ECM.

See if your getting 2 second pulse of power to the coil when the key is first turned on.

What activates the ecm to come on and activate all the relays. We checked all the relays and they are working, as long as we ground them with test light, theres power going into the ecm put its not sending back to any of the relays that it controls

Your not following me. Go to the power wire on either the coil or the injectors on the Dk green with black wire and see if it powers for 2 seconds when the key is turned on.

Go to the ASD relay and remove it. Test to see if you have power at 2 of the terminals with the key on.

That fuse should be powered from the ignition switch on a yellow coming in and a white with yellow coming out of the fuse in "run" position. Track down the problem.
You could try jumping power to that wire to see if the car starts.

Did the ASD relay power up on it's own when you supplied power to it?

This would have sent power to the coil and injectors. Did it?

How long did it stay on?
