2000 Jeep TJ spark plug change

I changed the spark plugs on my jeep a few days ago. They originally had champions and I put ngk's in. After the change I feel like ive lost a little bit of power. Why is that? And is there any way to tell what is wrong?

Did you gap the plugs or did Wong Ting do it to specs?
