Not cranking

My mom has a 200 jeep sport 4.0 with 100,000 miles I replaced the plugs and the fuel pump and still I see no spark or do I see gas come out of the small valve on the fule rail. Also the odometer reads no bu 5 What is the problem? I cant figure it out.

You say the engine is NOT cranking?

Meaning when you turn the key, nothing happens?

No ignition and Fuel-lets try the crankshaft position sensor-this baby tells the computer to fire the coil and pulses the injector

When I turn the key it turns over but nothing is happening it wont hit a lick. I will try the position sensor thanks. I will let yall know what happens.
