Have 1990 comanche that quit running, wouldn't restart. Have replaced battery terminal that was loose and wire from battery. Nothing. Bought ignition switch to replace, but can't seem to find where the stupid thing is to replace it. I don't have a book or anything that shows exactly where it is located. (Some people have suggest replacing the switch, that's why i'm looking)
not sure what else to look for or try any suggestions?
headlights turn on, but no indication of turn over to start engine. No sound at all!
HELP!
thanks :D

The switch is inside the column.
You have to remove the steering wheel to see it.
I'd get a repair manual so you know what your in for.

Don't remove the steering wheel, the ignition switch is on top of the steering column.
Take trim off under steering wheel, there are two bolts holding column up. Remove them and column will pull down and then you can see the ignition switch.
