The issue is the misfiring of the engine. The error codes produced(P0303 and P0305) by the Jeep directly indicate multiple cylinder misfire on cylinders 3 & 5. Here is the following OBD-II trouble code diagnosis directly from the site itself:

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0305

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0303

A code P0303 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Faulty spark plug or wire
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Running out of fuel
Poor compression
Defective computer

I have already had all the spark plugs and wires checked. The engine coil has also been replaced. We can also remove running out of fuel.

this is a on going problem I have also had a valve cleaning done by the Jeep dealer but the engine still runs rough at idle. if i keep the RPMs up it smooths out. can you help?

Running rough at idle could be the IACV and tPs

A misfire on a specific cylinder -should lead to check the sparkplug, compression and injector for that cylinder/s

Engine Mmsfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
