2004 Jeep Liberty Rear Bearings

I have a humming noise when I accelerate and was told that it was my rear bearing axles. The estimate was for $1150. Is that a fair price?

That seems hight, but I'm not sure where you live. The axles need to be removed, but I would think it would be around 5 hours for the entire job. The parts shouldn't be much more than 150.00.
