My horn does not work. My horn and windows stopped working at the same time. The fuse was replaced for my windows and they work now but my mechanic was unable to fix my horn. What sould be the problem?

Hello, do some testing at the horn relay. Also check fuse 1 15 amp. Not only check the fuse, check the voltage to the fuse, should be hot all the time. The problem maybe the clockspring in the steering column. I'd check the other stuff first.

That fuse supplies voltage to the relay.
