2002 Jeep Liberty Only warms up while driving

2002 Jeep Liberty 150000 miles

My Jeep only heats while I'm driving fast, like on the highway. If I am driving in the city the heat is very cold. This defeats the purpose of my automatic starter in the winter! Please help!

Maybe faulty thermostat replace see if that helps
